Matar Kachori Recipe

Posted by Veena Karanth at 21:51:00
Matar kachori or also widely known as peas kachori is a crispy puri with spicy peas stuffing inside it. It is very delicious in taste, and it could make a sumptuous breakfast or a meal. This kachori can be eaten along with curries like palak paneer, Malai kofta or even with some spicy chutney. I think it can be in one of the best menu during some party occasions. Here, we prepare a dough made out of maida ( all purpose flour ) and a filling with spicy fresh green peas and then deep fry it. Kachoris can be prepared using different types of filling like urad dal, onion and so on which I will be publishing in one of my future blog posts.
