Biscuit Ambade

Kitchen Masti points.

  1. Grind the urad dal in small batches in the mixer since you have to grind it with minimum water and the mixer may not run smoothly when loaded.
  2. This biscuit bonda goes on well with coconut chutney. I have seen some people eating this biscuit bonda along with mango rasayana also. Hence I have soaked some bonda in the mango rasayana.
  3. Biscuit bonda should always be eaten when it is hot.
  4. Cooking Soda can also be added as an ingredient but it is optional.
