Vegetable Crepes Recipe

Veg crepes can be prepared using different stuffings and the one which I am posting today is the combination of Indian spices with slightly western touch. The preparation is very simple, all you have to keep ready are some tortillas and a little stuffing that I have shown below. This recipe would be an ideal brunch menu for some sloth Sundays.

How To Prepare Veg Crepes.

The time taken to prepare this dish is around 45 minutes and the quantity mentioned here is enough for 2 servings.

Ingredients.



For stuffing.

  • Red bell pepper - 1.
  • Green bell pepper - 1 
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1.
  • Salt - as required.
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
  • Mustard sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp.
  • Oregano- 1 / 2 tsp.
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup.
  • Olives - 3.
  • Onion- 1.
  • Butter - 1 tbsp

Method To Make Veg Crepes.

  • Prepare the tortillas and keep it aside.
  • Chop red bell pepper, yellow and green bell pepper length wise.

  • Fry these bell peppers along with 1 tbsp of butter on a medium heat slightly for around 3 minutes.
  • Fry chopped onions for around 2 minutes.
  • Now take a big bowl.
  • Transfer all the fried bell peppers and the onions.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add mustard sauce, mayonnaise, and chopped olives into it.
  • Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and oregano powder.
  • Now mix it well.
  • Take a tortilla.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of the stuffing on one side of the tortilla and roll the tortillas .
Your yummy and healthy veg crepes are ready to be served.!!!

Kitchen Masti Points

  1. Pepper can be added according to your taste preferences.
  2. You can prepare the same recipe using simple chapathis also.
  3. Parmesan cheese is the best choice but alternatively you can use processed cheese.
  4. Paprika powder can also be used.
