Schezwan Noodles Recipe - Hotel Style

Posted by Veena Karanth at 07:15:00
Schezwan Noodles is basically an Indo - Chinese recipe. If you prefer spicy noodles, then this dish would be a very good choice. The taste is almost similar to that of schezwan fried rice. In this recipe, Hakka noodles is tossed with schezwan sauce along with a few vegetables. It is extremely easy to prepare. We get both veg as well as non veg schezwan noodles in the restaurants but I have displayed the veg version of it.

  1. If you wish, you can add one chopped onion too.
  2. You can also add half tsp of sugar. ( even though its optional.)
  3. Chinese dishes usually contains ajinomoto but since it is unhealthy, it is totally your choice to use it.
  4. If you wish to have more spicier noodles, then  you can increase the quantity of schezwan sauce.
